Refund policy

Our return and refund policy is valid for 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since the delivery date, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund or accept a return.

Return Policy:

We will accept returns or exchanges only in cases where there is an error on our part. All items are made to order based on the customer's specifications, including color and personalization, which makes them highly customized. As a result, we are unable to accept returns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. *If there was an error on our part, we may request photos for verification and will then proceed to replace the item.

Refund Requests:

We will process refund requests in the following cases:

Lost orders or missing items due to our failure in delivery service. We failed to acknowledge the customer's order cancellation or exchange request within 24 hours of placing the order. The product variant, appearance, and/or quality do not match the description on the product page. The product is faded, damaged, or missing pieces. Embroly Store will not accept return/refund requests in the following cases:

Lost orders due to incorrect customer address information. Undamaged items where customers have changed their minds. Damage caused by customers. Refund Amount:

Full refund: Cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order and before design proofs are sent. Partial refund: After sending design proofs. A fee of $5-$15 per design (depending on the complexity of the design) will be charged. If the request is eligible, a partial refund will be issued, including the shipping fee.

Expected Time for Refund:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card, within a certain number of days, depending on the payment method:

For bank account payments, the refund will be credited to your bank account. For PayPal balance payments, the refund will be credited to your PayPal balance. For credit card payments, the refund will be credited to the sender's card (this may take up to 30 days, depending on the card issuer).

Late Refund:

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing time before the refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund after these steps, please contact us at support@oriembroly.com.
