- Please check the color charts for the size and type of the tshirt you want, not every color is available for each type of tshirts, drop down comes automatically with every color but they are not available for each item so please make sure to check it, if you do not check the color charts the closest item will be sent to you.
- We have 3 different tshirt brand that we use, if you only want one particular brand please ask the seller for availability, if you do not ask we will ship the available brand.

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective items, incorrect sizes/colors, or fulfillment errors.
Because each piece is personalized, custom items are non-refundable unless the mistake is ours — in that case, we'll gladly remake and reship your order at no extra cost.
Made a typo when ordering?
If the mistake was on your end (wrong spelling, wrong name, wrong text entered at checkout), we can still fix it — a $5–10 correction fee applies, and you'll cover return shipping both ways to our workshop.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Production & Trust
Where is my order made?
Every order is embroidered in-house at our workshop in Holly Springs, North Carolina. We don't outsource — from digitizing the design to stitching the final piece, it's all done under one roof.
Do you use overseas manufacturers?
No. Unlike many "custom" shops that outsource to third parties, MHfulfill embroiders everything ourselves in the USA. That's how we control quality and turnaround time.
What materials do you use?
We use premium blanks from Comfort Colors® and Gildan®, chosen for their durability and how well they hold up to dense embroidery.
Customization
How does the customization process work?
Choose a blank or a design you like, tell us what you want embroidered (text, photo, pet, logo...), and our team digitizes it into a stitch-ready file.
Will I see a proof before it's made?
Yes — we send a free digital design proof within 1–2 business days. Production only starts after you approve it.
Can I request changes to my design?
Yes, revisions are unlimited before approval. We want you to love it before we stitch it.
Can I upload my own photo or design?
Yes — pet portraits, family photos, logos, and custom text are all supported.
Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
After you approve your design proof, production takes 3–5 business days, and shipping from the US typically takes 2–3 days — most orders arrive within 5–7 business days total.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–30 business days depending on destination.
Sizing & Care
How do I pick the right size?
Check our size guide on each product page — it includes both inch and cm measurements for adult and youth sizing.
How do I wash embroidered items?
Machine wash cold, inside out, and avoid direct ironing over the embroidery to keep the stitching crisp.
Returns
Can I return a custom item?
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse — but if there's a production error or defect, we'll fix or replace it free of charge.
