Terms of Service – Oriembroly Store

Welcome to Oriembroly Store! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Oriembroly Store website (the "Site") and the services provided by Custom Embroidery Store ("Custom Embroidery," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Use of the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Site.
  • You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree not to disclose your account information to any third party.

2. Products and Orders

  • All products on the Site are made to order according to the customer's specifications, including color, personalization, etc.
  • Due to the high level of customization, we cannot accept returns unless there is an error on our part.
  • If there is an error on our part, please provide photos for verification and we will replace the item.

3. Refund Policy

We accept refund requests in the following cases:

  • Lost orders or missing items due to our failed service delivery.
  • Missed order cancellations or exchange requests within 24 hours after the order was placed.
  • Product variant, appearance, or quality not as described on the product page.
  • Faded, damaged, or missing pieces in the product.

We do not accept return/refund requests in the following cases:

  • Lost orders due to customer address misrepresentation.
  • Undamaged items but customers simply change their minds.
  • Product damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Refund amount will depend on the circumstances, and may be a full refund or partial refund.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.

4. Refund Method and Required Actions

  • Refunds will be processed through PayPal or credited back to your credit card.
  • To request a refund, please provide us with the digital or physical receipt from our store, along with the reason for the return/refund request.
  • Please allow us 24 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) to respond to your email.
  • Do not return the item until your return/refund request is confirmed as eligible.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, and lost return items will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Expected Time for Refund

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be credited to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on the payment method used.

6. Late Refund

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank.
  • There may be some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@oriembroly.com.

7. Modifications and Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Site or any services provided by Embroly Store at any time, for any reason, without notice.
  • We may also update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Site after any such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, designs, videos, and other materials, is owned by Embrolyfile Store or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
