Made a typo when ordering?
If the mistake was on your end (wrong spelling, wrong name, wrong text entered at checkout), we can still fix it — a $5–10 correction fee applies, and you'll cover return shipping both ways to our workshop.

Where is my order made?
Every order is embroidered in-house at our workshop in Holly Springs, North Carolina. We don't outsource — from digitizing the design to stitching the final piece, it's all done under one roof.
Do you use overseas manufacturers?
No. Unlike many "custom" shops that outsource to third parties, MHfulfill embroiders everything ourselves in the USA. That's how we control quality and turnaround time.
What materials do you use?
We use premium blanks from Comfort Colors® and Gildan®, chosen for their durability and how well they hold up to dense embroidery.
Customization
How does the customization process work?
Choose a blank or a design you like, tell us what you want embroidered (text, photo, pet, logo...), and our team digitizes it into a stitch-ready file.
Will I see a proof before it's made?
Yes — we send a free digital design proof within 1–2 business days. Production only starts after you approve it.
Can I request changes to my design?
Yes, revisions are unlimited before approval. We want you to love it before we stitch it.
Can I upload my own photo or design?
Yes — pet portraits, family photos, logos, and custom text are all supported.
